  1. You can plan what you want, but if you can not find a project, or information from a letter to the job, it is quite stressful.
  2. Make a list of what you want, and then decide what the most important things to do on this list. Do this first, then move to the position less important.

  5. Take a moment to pause several times a day. It  s as shift and let the mind rest for a few minutes and do something, what you like, not something that you have to do.
  6. Find some time each day for exercise or a walk. It helps you burn more stress.
  7. After  ready for a whole day, some time to relax. Find a hobby  s that you like and stress.

Stress is a part of life, but also a way to not let the stress and the best of you. These different stress management techniques and tips that will help find ways to manage stress.
