One thing I learned from biking (in fact, I I’m not much of a cyclist, but I triathlons – biking needs work), it’s the driving force. The bike race your way to better and less energy to pedal very, very hard and fast start, to 120%, and if you have an updated, just keep a good pace as well.
Many times you have used this technique, yet the car still in the miles per gallon (of course, does not extend to great starts, but I get up to speed quickly and easily and then go to the gas). This technique is the best way to get maximum mileage. Energy conservation and progress faster.
I have this same technique to the projects and tasks to be done. I think if you can just start the project quickly, often use the impetus to take me through to completion. So the key is to start quickly. Some techniques I use for this are:
1 – Ask for help to get started. Often the only way for someone to help you keep things.
2 – Learn about high energy and time to implement projects in an explosion of such a period.
3 – Avoid distractions. Focus 100% of the job, or trying to start work on priority. Turn off e-mail and telephone. Close the door. Get rid of the paper on the table.
4 – Do you know the results. The cleaner you know what you want to achieve, probably so.
5 – Create a time limit. I know I can do almost anything for a short period of time. The time limits set, like 15 or 20 minutes to work diligently on a project, then I give myself permission to stop smoking, which often develop momentum.
6 – Be prepared. It is easier to develop and maintain the momentum, if all the tools and information.
7 – Finally, just do it. Dig hard. Hard. Remember the bike. Some push hard to start things a lot easier to do less energy.
The use of these techniques, using the momentum to move the project faster and easier.
